He was very responsive and professional, performed an inspection and said he could do the job, gave me a fair price, and explained to me everything the previous company did wrong and what he would do to fix it. I was justifiably skeptical but trusted him to do the work. Carlos completed the job in 1 and 1/2 days; he was clean and quiet, protected everything from the dust and cleaned up when he was done. "DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I had trouble finding someone to do this small job and ended up getting ABC Precision Flooring's name from Roberts Carpet. I called, explained what was needed (we did have extra tiles for the replacement), and got a bid over the phone of a very reasonable price. They came exactly when they said they would, did an excellent job, and the price was well worth it. I had forgotten to ask about the loose tiles by the fireplace when I talked to them over the phone, but when they arrived they ended up fixing them for no added charge. Definitely hire them!
