Get matched with top wood or fiber cement siding repair or partial replacement pros in Anchorage, AK

"Working with Dave has been a pleasure. He undertook the daunting challenge of repairing drywall damaged during the November 30th earthquake. He applied himself and worked diligently during the project and the results are just astounding. He is professional, pleasant, prompt, and courteous while producing a terrific result."

"Jason was very responsive from the first time I contacted him regarding a bid all the way through completion of the project. The Callaway team was on site when they said they would be and completed the job right on schedule. There were a couple extra items which were not figured into the project and Jason took care of them very professionally and timely. If I have another similar project, my first call will be to Jason. BTW my project was removal of fiber based siding and replacing with Hardie siding."

"I had to have them back out and redo the tile. We've already replaced the nuts and bolts in the drawers that were falling out."

"Kenny fixed a portion of my wall and it looks like damage was never done, he did a great job matching the texture and doing the repair. He finished the project quicker than any contractor I ve had before and was clean and neat during the process. I have already recommended friends to him and will continue recommending Kroto Contracting!"

"Communication is key, update or not they made sure to check in and follow up weeks after project was finished."

"Overall I was pleased with the finished product, but I was less then impressed with the lack of professionalism. I did not like that I had to ask for surplus material be left with me after I paid for it. I would have liked for them to at least asked if I wanted it or not. I also would have liked to had the owner, Anthony Lawrence to come to my home to introduce himself and given me the quote instead of sending his hired help."

"Far superior work compared to other professional painters we have used before. Identified and replaced a few rotten boards for us as well."

"Jeff does great work from start to finish. He listened and understood the changes we wanted. He researched the most economical way to obtain the desired results without jeopardizing quality.
Jeff was able to build the indoor slide for the children's area by simply looking at a picture. He also made sure that every aspect of the slide was safe for the children to play on.
His finish work is excellent! We were especially pleased with the new offices and conference room. We couldn't ask for better sheetrock, mud, tape and texturing.
Jeff is a hard worker. He is punctual and has no problem staying late until the job is done.
My husband and I plan to use him for finish work on our cabin.

"Upstairs bath water leak with about 400 gallons of water ran into kitchen below. Entire kitchen removed down to studs. They responded within 45 minutes of calling them and had kitchen gutted within 2 hours. Dehumidifiers were placed in all areas affected. Reconstruction went pretty smoothly. We had old Sheetrock with asbestos joint compound that needed removal, hazmat team brought in. New Sheetrock, cabinets, tile and paint. There are always issues with obtaining materials and coordination when you are building. Henry's did a good job of keeping us updated and responding to immediate concerns. Workman were reliable and showed pride in workmanship. We are pleased with the results.

Folks, do not use any other foundation company. These guys are the best hands down! Courteous, professional, hardworking, you name it! Don't waste your money or piece of mind with anyone else. Get it done right the first time. I actually found them through Angie's List.

My family and I purchased a nice house recently but found out a week after moving in that the foundation had some serious issues and my first and second floors were sinking. I called AFT, talked with Scott, one of the owners, and he was out to my house within 30 minutes to a**** my situation (I was impressed from the get-go). Scott and his brother Bill were awesome! very professional and courteous as were the rest of the guys. Scott took his time and assessed my problem and gave me an estimate on the spot for repairs. Compared to my online research they were by far the best price around. Although a costly repair by nature, he gave me a great price for my repairs because he cared and understood my predicament. Most businesses seem to just care about money but not these guys. I appreciated that tremendously since we just moved here from Louisiana and spent a lot of our money in the move. I am also unemployed and money was kind of scarce to say the least.

They fixed my foundation problem without a hitch and they were on-time every day and worked so hard I got tired just watching them. They explained everything each step of the way and the guys on the crew were very trustworthy and have great personalities. Special shout-out to James, Kenyon and Gerald because you guys were awesome! the hardest working guys I've ever seen and very courteous. I couldn't be more pleased with them and the service I received... they know their stuff! You don't have to worry about getting screwed over by this company because they're not like that. I would highly recommend them if you have foundation issues.
