"called him on a Saturday morning, he was out within 2 hours to give an estimate and get the ball rolling to replace line. Rain prevented him from digging immediately but he did what he could to make sure I had water until the repairs were done. Completed the job in less time than expected. He went above and beyond by replacing a fill valve in a non working toilet before he left. The cost was much less than other quotes I received from other companies. Professional, helpful and timely. "Scott and Jeremy came to install a new toilet and inspect/correct bathroom faucets. On my first visit to inspect my faucets, Scott asked if I needed any other plumbing inspected. I mentioned that I had a friend install a new toilet wax ring but my friend did not have the ability to trim the flange. Scott checked out the toilet, and noticed it was quite wobbly, and told me that this may further damage the flange or influence the slab integrity. We discussed options/costs of possible repairs or just installing a new toilet. I requested a new toilet. We scheduled a date to complete both jobs. Scott and Jeremy arrived promptly, worked professionally and were great to work with. I will "definitely" use this company, and these two plumbers in future! Thank you for a job well done!!!"

"The job was clean, timely, and efficient.  I was glad to find a local small business to send the work to.  I would recommend them again for sure.  My only regret is that we waited 5 years to call them!  I can't believe how much difference having a water softner makes!  
I also have to say that I had had several estimates done the year before and their cost was right in the middle or on less expensive end of all the estimates - not so cheap that you wondered about the quality of the work that would be done or the quality of the softner that would be installed, but not so expensive that you thought you were getting taken advantage of.  The price was exactly right where I was hoping it would be.

He even re-grouted an area of the tub that had been filled in inappropriately with caulk. Pat returned my initial call quickly and worked with my schedule to complete the work- recommending that we replace plumbing fixtures prior to him coming in. He is friendly, honest, and easy to work with. I have recommended him to many friends, all of which have been equally pleased.
