"My main water line started leaking. Had probably been leaking for a few days but I noticed it on a Saturday. My son and I dug up the line (about 2 feet underground) and found the pipe leaking. We called several other plumbers (on this list) and couldn't get any help because it was Saturday. Finally called Mr. Rooter and they said they had a man just finishing up another job and he could be out in about an hour. They also told me they would call and let me know when he was on the way. They not only called to tell me the plumber was on his way but, they also told me the exact time he would be there!

The plumber arrived and took a look at the situation. He went back to his truck to make sure he had all the necessary parts. Came back and made the repairs. Whole job took little more than an hour. I thought the price was very reasonable for this type job and this company doesn't charge extra for weekend work unlike other companies!

Plumber was very professional in manner and appearance. Would highly recommend this company and will gladly use again should the need arise.

"I wanted at least three quotes from Plumbing Companies. To put in a new Hot Water Heater Tank & for a new Kitchen Faucet. They were about $400.00 less & did a fantastic job. Thank you for being honest. I would highly recommend to Family & Friends."

"Great service and very prompt with repairs!! They went above and beyond to find what solution fit best for us!"

"They did a maintenance on my two gas furnace for church. He was very knowledgeable in what was going on with both units. He explained everything was in good shape and what to look out for."

"Replaced failed water heater and also sorted out some more code violations and damage I had not noticed."

"Great. Repaired the leak and took the time to educate us on some preventative measures as well."

"Stephen was great, my tub backed up with water and my toilet would not flush, turns out my septic field needed replacing. Very responsive, reasonably priced and best of all. I didn’t have to leave my home during the repairs. I’d give 10 stars if I could."

"We had another plumbing company come out due to a leak. Rather than do any diagnostics, they just replaced the pressure valve. It still leaked. I called the next Monday and was told oh, you need a new water heater. Johnny Gavilan from Preferred Home Services checked a couple things and found our expansion tank was bad. He did warn us there still could be a problem with the water heater but at least he checked first. If we need the water heater replaced, our expansion tank will be new!"

"My Waldrop system is a dream. The system is more efficient and keeps my house comfortable all year long. Saves me money too! I keep it maintained regularly. I also use our plumbing team for work around my house. The plumbing team has done pipe repairs, shower repairs and replaced a disposal. I love Waldrop and their professional techs!"
