"My main water line started leaking. Had probably been leaking for a few days but I noticed it on a Saturday. My son and I dug up the line (about 2 feet underground) and found the pipe leaking. We called several other plumbers (on this list) and couldn't get any help because it was Saturday. Finally called Mr. Rooter and they said they had a man just finishing up another job and he could be out in about an hour. They also told me they would call and let me know when he was on the way. They not only called to tell me the plumber was on his way but, they also told me the exact time he would be there! <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The plumber arrived and took a look at the situation. He went back to his truck to make sure he had all the necessary parts. Came back and made the repairs. Whole job took little more than an hour. I thought the price was very reasonable for this type job and this company doesn't charge extra for weekend work unlike other companies! <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Plumber was very professional in manner and appearance. Would highly recommend this company and will gladly use again should the need arise. <br />"
