"My wife and I moved into our home in the spring of 2022. Our house is 20 years old and it was our dream to redo our kitchen. We had no experience working with contractors before and when we asked around our neighborhood for recommendations, Perry Brothers came up over and over. We came up with a wish list which required renovating the kitchen, taking down walls, refinishing and replacing floors on the first and second floor, putting in a beam and crown molding and repainting large pieces of our home. (A tall order) Perry brothers sent over Mike Hathaway to lead our project. This guy redefines professional. He helped in every step of the process. He helped plan, price, schedule and execute our vision. My wife and I were worried about budget and timing, and Mike made sure we were always heard and taken care of. He is truly a can do person and was super kind in the face of any of our anxieties. The work Perry Brother performed is nothing short of remarkable. To say we were surprised at the end product is an understatement. In a time where interest rates are extremely high, making the most of your home is extremely important. My wife and I have a one year old and another one due in March. After all the work we did, it really feels like we had a chance to put our fingerprint down and we would highly recommend working with Perry Brothers again. "This was our second time hiring Norman Builders and the experience was just as amazing as the first! Ryan and his team remodeled our kitchen in 2018 and we knew right away that we wanted them back to do our master bathroom. The communication was seamless and the quality of work done by Brian, Kevin, Lance and all of the plumbers and electricians was top notch! Everyone was amazing especially when dealing with all of my questions and design ideas, including rearranging the layout and plumbing to accommodate my request for a large picture window with a soaker tub in front of it and having multiple shower heads that all function independently as well as together! They buffered our wood floor and made it look brand new, they remodeled our bathroom and made it look like a Hollywood dressing room, they renovated our cielings, and our basement floors. Additionally, they repainted our porch, our walls in our study and our kitchen. Furthermore, the lead contractor and owner is a **** good carpenter and built new cherry cabinets that perfectly matched the existing ones, they also installed a quartz slab for the counter, as well as a swivel television and new wood floors in the basement. "When we decided to paint our 16-year-old house we could not be happier with our decision to go with Real Painting & home-improvement. Carlos (the owner) and his team were the best contractors we’ve ever dealt with. They started by painting a few rooms & ceilings on the interior And then moved on to paint the entire exterior. The interior came out beautiful. They moved furniture, filled holes , took down and replaced curtains. The line from wall to ceiling and ceiling from baseboard is sharp and clean. On the exterior they power washed the whole house the first day. Next they came to replace whatever rotted trim we had. After that onto the painting and what a fantastic job they did. Communication —Carlos was in touch every day to check-in on progress and every day our house was left spotless. Price, Quality and Attention to detail these guys have it all !"

"We were very happy with the price, product, and process that DiOrio delivered for our project. We had a fairly extensive remodel that required a near demo of our second floor in addition to a complete bathroom remodel with an extended floor plan. Derek & James estimated 2 months for the project and they hit that within about a week, which was appreciated because I know these projects can drag and we were temporarily living offsite. James did most of the work on our project, with support from others as needed. He's a talented carpenter with broad knowledge and good attention to detail. Communication throughout was truly excellent, which is also extremely important for a project with lots of moving parts. Construction projects are typically not typically "fun" but these guys are highly skilled and they work fast. Go in with a clear idea of what you want, realistic expectations (especially if you have an older hours), stay organised, and you will be very happy with result. "When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job.
