"Before installing a mini-split, the sales person told me that I'd need to cut down an interior shelf to a specific height. I paid a handyman $400 to do exactly what the sales person instructed. Later on, N.E.T.R. came and did the installation; however, AFTER the installation, a technician told me that they hadn't accounted for the vent opening and closing and that the shelf would need to be further cut down. As you can imagine, this type of service is rather ridiculous. If they knew that the shelf would need further cutting, they should have NOT installed the unit. I have called N.E.T.R. six (6) times in three weeks, and no one has called me back about this issue. After paying for the unit and for a handyman, it's ridiculous that I have AC that is compromised because no one with the company thought to properly measure the space so that the work by the handyman could be done once. At this point, I'd like for N.E.T.R. to take care of this for me."

His proposals listed several boiler options, based on heating efficiency, which were competitively priced. The installation was run by Steve, who was able to fit in the installation the next week. Steve, and his crews, were punctual and courteous, and the installation went smoothly. It's only been a week, but I am very pleased with my Bosch boiler, the quality of the work, the price paid, and the timeliness of the installation."

"The technician/plumber didn't get the job done at all. He ended up breaking the shower valve and ended up placing a stopper on the line to prevent water leakage. In the process, he ended up taking 5-6 hours for a job that was finished by another plumbing company in 2-3 hours. It was a waste of my money as Village Home Services billed me $560, fixed nothing and broke the valve. Furthermore, their manager/owner asked me for another $2000 for them to come back and repair the damage they created. I got this job done for $800 from another plumbing company based out of Tyngsboro. I DO NOT RECOMMEND VILLAGE SERVICES. "
