"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

"I will definitely recommend Tyler. Being this was his first complete pole barn build, it turned out excellent. 36' x 63' x 14' high. I had set the poles previously and discovered that my math is not as good as it used to be. I helped some but we had to reset the posts, and everything was down to 1/16". It really made a difference when it came time to build the barn. Very trustworthy and always came out when he said he would. Top tier carpenter you won't regret!"

"Faulty plumbing performed as part of the required renovation resulted in leak into the downstairs ceiling (which was addressed promptly but the ceiling tile was still damaged) and damage to the tub surround during the install had to be repaired with a color match kit (which looks acceptable) but shouldn't have happened. Price was fair and the work was completed on time. Ultimately we are pleased with the final product and are okay with the fixes performed to address the damage done."

She also requested a list of the new appliances we had already ordered to ensure correct measurements for the countertops and to get a good countertop match. In addition to visiting the Plymouth showroom, we also toured other facilities as recommened to see a larger selection of modern counter replacement products and kitchen sinks and faucets. The proposals were sent ahead of time and reviewed 1:1. Working within our budget was respected and the payment process was fair. Dave, the manager, was on site during installations, communicated easily with the workers, and he was onsite to check the work on completion. In tandem, Dani, the project manager coordinated the schedules for plumbing, electrical, and kitchen counter backsplash measuring, ordering product and installations. Great team work. My husband and I highly recommend Xpres!"
