"He showed up once after noon to shovel driveway. It was fine. Next snow, I reached out after noon and asked when we could expect him. He complained that he been plowing since the night before (not my problem) and that there was a lot of snow. Why, yes, that?s why we hired you. He said he was going to send another crew over and they never showed. We were definitely not a priority and following that exchange he never reached out. We made other arrangements. Jeff is a poor communicator and unreliable. He clearly has more work than he can handle. "
