After talking with Water Heater Now rep he told me that since I have a well it might be better to leave my current functioning water heater. He explained that while they offer excellent warranty I am better off with an older model if I don't have any problems. "Well initially I was unhappy with the fact that the faucet couldn't just be repaired. I wound up spending a ton more money than what I was expecting. The explanation Matthew gave me was one that I have heard before about our water being so hard in Brooklyn Park. Several service providers have told us that and last year we had to have our water heater replaced for that exact reason. The water is so hard that it corrodes the plumbing equipment shortening the life span. Anyway, I was unable to pay right away so Erik came out on Friday to do the installation.
