"I had used the same repairman at Repair99 previously and have always found him to be very helpful in explaining what the problem was and what needed to be done. He had to order a new part so had to come back again. Repaired my stove which had been damaged by tile installers. And even though it wasn't on his list of requested services, when I asked, he checked my microwave and found a crack in the magnetron which was throwing out dangerous microwaves. Was honest it saying he could fix it for x$, but that it would be cheaper to buy a new microwave which I did. $159 for repairing the refrigerator; and $458 for replacing the computerized electrical panel on my stove.
