I called Argent, which had been recommended on our neighborhood listserv, for an emergency visit. William Morgan called me back within an hour of leaving a message with their after-hours line and spent a very patient half hour on the phone, reviewing the photos my husband was texting him, diagnosing our issue, and helping us get our furnace up and running again. I could not be more appreciative or impressed. Further, I was not charged for this assistance. Absolutely exemplary service that went beyond what was called for."
