Even with Covid in full swing, we were able to start the project pretty quickly. Our production manager (Bill) was super communicative as he checked the placement of flags and scheduled our start date. The installers kept us in the loop throughout the whole installation process. They verified information, asked us questions, and answered ours - basically making sure everything was the way we wanted it. They even helped us replace our mailbox. After the project was completed, several members of the Fence & Deck Connection team reached out to make sure we were satisfied and didn't have any other concerns. A week or two later, we noticed one of the gate posts had shifted and needed to be adjusted, and they sent someone out quickly to fix it, no questions asked.
