"Redlands (Big Bear) Moving came to our rescue. We initially hired a scam criminal moving firm posing as a nationwide mover. They loaded half our 3 bedroom household onto their truck and raised their price over $10k while holding our belongings hostage. I called Redlands at 9 PM after calling my attorney and the County Sheriff. The attorney said his fees would be more, with no guarantees, and the Sheriff said this was a civil matter. Redlands gave us good advise, told us to place a "stop payment" on the check to cover the bloated fees and negotiated the release of our belongings for a ransom payment of $1,456. The owner and President of Redlands went to the storage locker where our belongings were held and recovered the items in their truck. They then loaded the remaining furniture in our house, along with the recovered items, into a 53 foot semi and delivered them to our new home 800 miles away two days later. Nothing Redlands touched was damaged. Many dishes, glasses and pieces of fine china the criminals took were destroyed, and other valuables were stolen. If it wasn't for Redlands we would have lost everything.. Thank You Redlands!"

I've hired them numerous times over the years because I own an apartment building, they've done all kinds of work for me. They've done everything from jackhammering the cement to get out a bad pipe, to climbing on the roof to access the vent pipe, all types of repairs, they have consistently been excellent. When they work in apartments that are occupied by tenants I always get a happy response from the tenants because everything gets fixed right and they clean up their work after they're done. "George emailed me two days beforehand to setup a time. I give him a two hour window that worked for him. He came promptly at 8:30 am, Monday morning, 11/28/16, and left at 12:30 pm. He came inside with his toolbox and started right away on assembling my two small tables. They have been sitting in a box for over one year. George also installed some 3 doorknob sets but needed to make adjustments with the door frames so two doors could close properly. He also installed much needed rack on my bedroom door to hang all my dog leashes and harnesses. The window covering hardware in the Master bedroom was changed out also. He took measurements when needed. He was accurate and did not make unnecessary or incorrectly placed holes in the plaster walls for installation. George does excellent work and is efficient. He is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him for future services."

He brought his team members Jordan and they knocked it out faster than estimated and better than I thought it would come out. He made great recommendations and executed at a very high level. We had him do 3 other jobs after he was done because we were so impressed. Installed a door, installed bathroom rack, fixed sliding door and front door latches. I can’t wait to hire him again. "Carpets looked great. One room had some sort of stain that would not come out, although they tried various solvents in an attempt to remove it. The carpets dried fairly quickly (3-4 hours), with no residue or funny smell. They arrived right on time, and removed equipment carefully."
