"I had my walls done in 2024. I ended up removing one wall for a remodel and found the wall had limited insulation from USA Insulation. I called them and they came out and look at it and did a thermal image. They said that a wire mess in the one room caused the wall to not be filled. They should have known there was an issue. I questioned the rest of the house and they said the thermal image showed no heat loss. I doubted them and they said they could drill holes in every room. I drilled three holes on the outside of my living room. One showed insulation but did not fill the cavity. The other two did not show any insulation that the thermal image did not catch. They offered me $250 for the one room. They have not responded to 2 emails and 2 phone calls after I found issues in the living room. They said they would make it right and told the BBB they would make it right and I have not heard from them for 3 months."

The job went very well smoothly they showed on time for the job with a dumpster and enough crew to complete the job in an impressive one day and a cleanup. My contact was Matthew Gritzke and he was well versed in what needed to get done. And had a dumpster and all supplies needed to complete it"

"Do not hire!! The electrical work perfomed is a fire hazard! Directly wired a 12 gauge 20 amp a rated wire directly to a 60 amp service line going to a garage. Easy to spot, and confimed after contacting an electrician. We were told to turn the breaker off leading to that line which also runs to our garage until the corrections are made, so we cant use our garage. The holes to install the lines from the unit to the inside were cut completely through a stud in the basement. Wires left exposed and hanging. The holes were left open, not sealed other than around the wire. The unit is leaking air when turned on, seems like a seal or something is missing. You can easily tell something is not right. Our pump, magically started leaking And making loud buzzing Noise after mentioning that it was going. None of the lines are strapped up, his response was he wasnt able to because it would cause leaks."

From the time I signed the contract it took him 11 months to complete the project (he told me 6-8 weeks) and the quality when finished was 2nd rate."

"I was very happy with the quoted price I received, and was recommended by a friend to this company. I feel like I’m basically copy pasting another review on here, but it perfectly matches my experience with them. Our contract said they would excavate, widen the walkway, add stone to the base & compact, mesh reinforcement, to the original layout. This company used the debris from black top removal as fill, even after a conversation were he told me he would remove all the pieces left but still didn't. Contracts said rock will be used as base but they did not use any rock for the base Or compact it at all, even after I asked him to ensure he would. They only added mesh reinforcement to the top 4 feet of driveway. They didn’t dig down enough to match the height of the old driveway so there’s about a 3 inch step down to my driveway floor and to the walkway in the backyard. When they poured the concrete they got it all over my garage door and siding of my house. He also used my neighbors hose without permission. They also left a large pile of concrete on my grass in two spots which dried. He told me he’d send someone out to clean it up but never did. I then had to clean it up myself and was required to tear up my grass to repair the spots. I would definitely not recommend this company. Please take notice of these reviews and take warning before hiring them."

"We had (Zak) previously remodel our master bath 2 years ago. He hasnt changed at all. A total professional. His work ethic is tops... His knowledge extraordinary.. His attention to detail, cost analysis, honesty and project completion time perfect. So we had Zak install a heated element that goes below the tile flooring a bath tub, fixtures and vanity. Everything looks specacular. You wont go wrong hiring this guy.. You may have to wait for a short while.. Because he’s always comitted to finishing his curent job(s) but he is worth the wait."
