"Let?s start up by saying this has been a total nightmare where from the beginning Craig came out to my house. Said he was the owner and tried to dry base my place and caused so much damage to my basement that we are going to get a lawyer involved now I?ve had numerous basement companies out and they said his system has failed. He wants to try to send a letter saying oh it?s coming through cracks in the basement when it?s clearly coming from his dry track system that failed in about 15 different spots. This is very ridiculous. I would steer clear this company. Do not waste your money. Do not waste your time. Stay far far away from this company check out all their other names they have numerous different names under their self then they want to say it?s coming through the cracks in the floor when you can clearly see where their track system failed a numerous spots. It?s a bunch of horseshit they don?t answer phone calls. They?ll leave you hanging dry and they?ll cost you thousands"

"Based on high pressure salesman, dishonest employees, not showing up as indicated and lack of communication, I do not recommend EverDry Waterproofing. Salesman answered several questions with lies. Do not use this company. The job was just completed this month, we have had no rain and my basement floor has water on it."

"Russ did an exceptional job dealing with waterproofing issues at our home in Troy. He was prompt, responsive and professional. More importantly, he dealt specifically with the actual problem, as opposed to competitors who were determined to offer extraordinarily costly and unnecessary drainage systems, which were absolute overkill to the actual problem. If I have an issue again, I'm calling Russ. He consistently had a thoughtful response to what I was seeing."

"Critical: Professionalism, Value I called Omega to check out smoke transfer between flues. Al quoted flue top dampers at $900 each and cleanings at $300 each. He said he would need to schedule a day to do the work. Thinking this must be an extensive project, I bought it. Ten days later I finally was called to say they would come that afternoon to do it. After the cleaning they glued dampers to the tops of the flues and were done in about 45 minutes. Al defended his $750/hour labor rate and double cleaning rate, saying it was due to his "high overhead" costs that I didn't understand. I still don't understand. Omega Construction is aptly named, they are the last one you should think of calling. They apparently only maintain their good BBB rating because the BBB doesn't consider "pricing issues" or "buyer's remorse" in their calculations. BBB is basically another way to advertise."

"They waterproofed our basement several years ago. They included a lifetime warranty (not my lifetime, but the lifetime of the structure.) We've had subsequent leaking and getting them to revisit has been a nightmare. They don't return calls, they arrive 3 hours late to an appointment and then when they determined the work needed fell within the warranty, they never called to schedule the follow up appointment. When we called, they booked us for 2/8/2019 between 9am-10am. When they didn't show by 11am, we called. They said that because we don't have a cell phone, they couldn't reach us. (We only provided them a home phone number) and that our appointment was cancelled because of an emergency yesterday. They do not care about our business because we have already paid them over $5,000 and they refuse to follow through with their guarantee."
