"First exterminator was unable to look inside the nest - too high up. He did spray inside the space but recommended that we call again if the bees were still active. They were, so we called and said the technician needed a longer ladder. This one did and as of mid day on day one after the treatment the bees are still very active. We were told to wait 3 days... so - we will see. Third visit may be the charm. Except for the too short ladder on visit # 1 all the exterminators have been helpful. He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."
