"From start to finish the job was completed with attention to detail, on budget and on time. The trim installers (Chris and Danny) were fantastic. They took their time and cared for the project like it was their own house. It was a big project. I had all outside exposed wood covered in trim and/or vinyl soffit. I can't thank Sun Home enough. During the gutter installtion a small piece of the trim was dented and it wasn't a huge problem but the job was done so well that I asked for it to be replaced. This happended, by the way, when a second crew, not Chris and Danny installed the gutters. On final inspection I showed Dave ( saleperson and delightful man) and he said give him a few days and they would take care of it. Like clockwork, he sent Chris back out and took care of it. To Chris, Danny, Rob and Dave, I thank you all for a well-done project from start to finish. I highly recommend Sun Home!!"

Sadly, the project manager got into a car accident on the phone with me and the installation crew cut the fiber optic internet cable to my house and then tried to hide it by tucking it into the siding. While I’m ultimately happy with the result, I’d be cautious next time I need major work done."

"Kris has actually completed a variety projects for me. He pulled out and replaced existing tile and hardwood in my foyer, hallway and kitchen with new tile. He also pulled out existing tile in my family room and laundry room and replaced it with engineered hardwood. He also made a number of repairs, e.g., new soffitt, tree pruning, new range installation, etc. He can do just about anything! I learned about Kris from good reviews on Home Advisor, and I certainly wasn't disappointed. I first hired him to do some remodeling work at my office. It involved moving a wall to expand office space and everything else that entailed, i.e., drywall, painting, some electrical, flooring, etc. He also installed some shelving in our storage room. We were in a bit of a hurry, so Kris and his crew came in and completed the job over a weekend and did a fantastic job, which is why I hired him to do the projects at my house. Kris and his crew are professional, friendly and kind and the quality of their work is outstanding. Whenever a problem or issue arose, Kris was able to come up with a perfect solution. He and his crew spent several weeks working at my house, during what turned out to be a very trying and emotional time for my family, and their solicitousness and empathy for us while they were doing their work were heartfelt and much appreciated. I was also extremely pleased with their kind accommodation of and concern for my husband, who was ill at the time. I would without hesitation, highly recommend Kris and his crew for any type of project you may be considering. You will not be disappointed."

"Our experience with Kotch's was fabulous, start to finish. We have a very large home and replaced every window as well as the siding and gutters. We are extremely happy with everything, from the quality of the products to the installation and final look. Mike was exceptional to work with. He is very knowledgable about all options, took his time to explain everything, to make sure we were confident with our choices, and frequently checked in to make sure things were going well with the teams doing the job. He easily accommodated to a few scheduling needs on our end as well as a big request that made a large portion of work easier on us. The window guys were the best! It's not easy having strangers in your home all day for a week, but these gentlemen were as friendly and as unobtrusive as they could be, and completely cleaned up every trace of work each evening before leaving. "Our basement looks amazing and this is in large part to Mike and Dave's work. Mike was professional, courteous, always on time, and super clean. His work looks amazing and we are so happy with the result. He did the crown moulding around the ceiling and trim around the doors and floor, built us a bar-like area, opened a wall and completed a railing for our stairs, and did all of our tile work (shower walls and floor as well as bar area).
