"I waited over a month to write this review so that i could give a good opinion on the services that were performed. The Groutsmith has excellent customer service, Kendra is personable and easy to talk to and helped me setup my initial quote and demo. The dates and times were setup and Brandon and Andrew came and did a wonderful job on the entire house. They were timely, professional, made sure that i was satisfied with what they were doing before they carried on to complete all the work. I had some issues with the initial grout sealant color, but Brandon was patient and also ran out to get the color that i wanted (changed my mind from what i chose). The guys did a fantastic job and were clean and cleaned up after themselves, they moved furniture and put it back and they did this all timely so that i could still enjoy the rest of my day. It is now over a month later and the floors and showers still look great and the whole house looks refreshed. Thank you!"
