"Beware of doing business with Taylor J Rehm, Midwest Square Customs, New Look Grout Pros, Lord-Rehm LLC or any of the other dba names they may be using. Tyler Rehm is not licensed nor insured to do any work under any assumed name. They fraudulently contracted with us to do hurricane damage repair in 2024. They presented us with a builder's license and insurance certificate obtained from another contractor, illegally hired sub-contractors who performed unsatisfactory work, left exposed electrical and light boxes, took our money, and never finished the job. They have no knowledge of construction work or codes."

"Gerael and team were amazing. I found him on Angi and they completely demoed and retiled our entire 2,500 SF home in Tierra Verde. From there they completely remade our master bathroom shower and tub area with marble tile. In addition to great workmanship Gerael, never missed a start date and once they started, they did not stop until the job was completed unlike so many other contractors that i have dealt with that over promise and under deliver. I highly recommend Batz Tile!!!"

Once we accepted the job, a date was scheduled for the repairs to be done. Upon arrival for the repair work, he and his associate immediately began repairing the flooring. The job was done in an extremely timely manner and was done professionally. We are truly satisfied with the work done. "David Evans was the technician who did the work and if there was a 5+++ rating he would get it! He was very careful to remove the broken tile without breaking or damaging any of the good tiles that were cemented on the other sides. This was very time consuming and he did a fabulous job. He was outstanding and then he laid the new tile very efficiently. The floor now is complete and it looks outstanding! I was so stressed about this job since I only had a few of the original tiles left so it was vital that other tiles didn't get damaged. Now that it is over, I am the happiest person on earth!
