"Highly recommend this company. Our house was built in 2020 and the hardwoods were installed by TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems during the build. Unfortunately, due to problems with excess moisture the floors buckled in one area of the dining room. When we bought our house, it was purchased â as isâ meaning the builder and contractors had no obligation to come back and fix any issues. Our builder connected us with Eddie, the owner of TPA Hardwood. Not only did Eddie agree to repair the buckled flooring, but he also sanded down and refinished all of the flooring in the main area of our home. This was a 5 day job that required new flooring, and at least 40 hours of labor. Eddie not only covered the cost of the material, but also covered the labor. I offered to cover the cost of material and he wouldnâ t allow it. They have completed the repair and refinishing of our floors (5 full days of work with multiple guys) and the house looks brand new again. Companies like this are incredibly hard to come by. I would truly recommend Eddie and TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems to anybody looking to repair, refinish, or install hardwood floors. We are so grateful for all of their hard work and integrity. "David did an amazing job repairing our existing hardwood floors throughout most of our apartment (living room, dining room, and 2 bedrooms) and then also a complete removal and installation of hardwood floors in our hallway. The duplex house we live in has been in our family for 3 generations and the hardwood floors in our apartment were the original white oak wood floors. They were very damaged by 3 generations of pets as well. We decided it was time to fix the apartment and got several quotes. When I spoke with David he was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced, so we decided to hire him. We’re so happy we did. He was able to retain and refurbish most of the original floor. He removed the parts that were too damaged from pets and wear and replaced those with new wood that matched our white oak. The hallway floor was not salvageable so it was completely removed and new floors were installed to closely match the original floor. David did an incredible job and our floors look beautiful. He even installed a border on one side of the living room to match the borders around the other sides. Everything is a custom fit and we really appreciated David’s care with our floors and home. We get compliments on the floors whenever friends and family are over."
