"First I spoke with Gail who was very pleasant and was able to get me an appointment very quickly. My fridge was getting warm. Charlie the technician came and ran a diagnostic check and was able to find that the fan was not working. He ordered one and Wednesday he put it in and the refrigerator was back to normal in less than 8 hours. he was kind enough to give me a number I could text to let him know what was happening with the refrigerator. All this went on during labor day weekend. He always made us feel like we weren't "bothering" him as we must have text him 3 or 4 times. when he was running late Gail called to let me know when I could expect him. Charlie the tech that worked on my refrigerator was courteous, kind, and knowledgeable the office staff was great very helpful. Additionally, Charlie called me this morning to see how the refrigerator was working. Talk about customer service. Bottom line - Mark hit all four at an incredibly high level...not only did he prove himself to indeed be a master plumber but also a master service provider. After a few not so successful experiences in the past, I am happy to say I have found my go to for all plumbing needs and I recommend MFS with my highest confidence. Details - I had a clogged drain which I was unsuccessful at snaking myself and proved to be a bit more complicated than initially thought, requiring some replacement plumbing. Mark responded to me immediately and his communication throughout the process was incredible. He made allowances to conform to my schedule, coming out on a Sunday even though it wasn't an emergency (and not charging emergency prices!). When the job required more than we had anticipated, Mark arranged to come back two days later, again convenient to my schedule, and completed the repair/replacement of some plumbing while clearing the pipes. Professional and superb quality of work, Mark was also wonderfully pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I was not able to be present for the final repairs on the second visit so Mark actually sent me pictures of the work upon completion and a video of the water vortexing down the drain! His final price for the two visits and work was very fair, I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience."

"Statewide representative called back in less than 24 hours to make appointment.  He came to the house in the evening and even called to say that he would be later than scheduled.  After inspecting for the cause of the leak, it was concluded that the problem was old caulking that had dried behind the fixtures.  He gave me the option to repair it myself, an easy fix, or have him do it.  I liked having the choice and that he did not try to sell me something I did not need.
