"When we purchased our home in 2018, we knew that we would eventually want to replace the carpet in the living room, dining room, and the main office to match the hardwood floors already in the kitchen, family room, and foyer (Bruce Hardwood-Gunstock). Once we were ready to make the change, we were somewhat overwhelmed with finding the best flooring company, so we asked neighbors for recommendations and did some research by reading online reviews. After selecting three companies to give us estimates, we chose Floors and Designs and could not be happier with our choice! First, we were impressed with Samâ s professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. In addition to having hardwood on the main level, we wanted to replace the carpet on the stairs, hallway, and office on the second floor but were concerned about the overall cost. Sam patiently listened to our ideas and concerns then presented us with different options to consider before making our final decision. On the day the flooring was scheduled to be installed, we were equally impressed with the â A-Teamâ sent for the installation. The entire crew was professional, courteous, hard-working, and true craftsmen. In three days, our home was transformed, and we could not be more delighted with the results. We highly recommend Floors and Designs. The only question we are asking ourselves now is, â What took us so long?â"
