He always shows up at the time he promises and works late every day until the job is done 2. He built a stone patio in a large area so we could fit a table and 4 chairs in a side yard -leveling and sloping so no water collects. It looks great 2 years later 3. He spray washed 3 levels of patio where many areas were almost black from all the rain- great job. Left no mess and spay washed areas after moving furniture, etc. Careful and detailed 4. When a limb fell and destroyed part of a chain link fence, Lucas even came on a Sunday and fixed it quickly--always with a smile and a can-do attitude. And on a Sunday. Amazing. His prices are reasonable and his work is fantastic. Going to have him back to paint next! Lucas is always on time, always does great work, can solve problems to get the job done. Every minute he's here he's working. Can't say enough!"
