With the covers we havent had to clean the gutters either. A 5 year inspection shows no water damage on the inside. Plus the house stands out on the street compared to other grey shingled roofs. This year we had windows replace in half of our home and they look pretty great. We have a sunsail and it required them to install some anchors by doing some custom work included in the cost of the new roof.
