Mark responded to our request for an estimate for the work and took time to explain how he would obtain the unusual siding materials needed, what the actual work would entail and provided a comprehensive and fair estimate of the time and cost. We were impressed with the crew Mark sent to do the work. The guys, headed by Cristian the foreman, worked long hours and with care to ensure the job was done right. "We had a leak in the master bedroom ceiling. We called RIBA Construction in for a repair estimate. HB (their estimator) inspected our roof and found a hole where a branch had fallen and poked a deep gash through the tiles, at a valley between two slants in the roof. The painted area on the ceiling of the master bedroom had puckered and split, so it needed to be refinished & repainted. There was another area in our house by a window in another window where the paint had warped that we asked HB to give us an estimate for. He examined our window frame, inside and out and told us that the window frame was no longer level underneath the vinyl siding and the wood in the corner of the window was damp and he recommended that it should be repaired. Repair of a section of roof tiles: $300 Repair of a window underneath vinyl siding: $400 Refinishing & painting of ceiling & wall by window corner: $350 Each of these three tasks was performed by different repair men on different days. The estimate and the three repairs were all scheduled promptly and with clear warning as to when they would arrive. All of the work appears to have been done well and handled professionally. We would recommend them to anyone who need one or all of these the three services that they performed."

"Excellent experience! I cannot say enough great things about working with Zach and team on replacing our roof. Zach came out to our home and took his time going over and looking at the entire roof to ensure he had a clear picture of what needed to be done. He gave us a detailed quote including revising the quote and breaking it down several ways for us showing pricing differences for various shingles and even splitting up the roof into different sections. We were not ready to make the commitment right away and Zach did a great job checking in every so often, but not being an "over bearing sales guy" or completely "ghosting" us either. Once we decided to move forward with them we also had them quote and replace a portion of wood siding on our home with vinyl to match the rest of the house. Scheduling and communication throughout the project was excellent. The crew that came out was very hard working, respected our home and property, and were extremely professional. "Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

"Our home is about 25 years old and has wooden windows that are not particularly energy efficient. They are drafty, and, despite our best efforts, are starting to rot in some parts of the window frames. Power replaced four windows for us in September. We were so impressed with the work, we asked for estimates on replacing other windows in our house! Power has a great program that enables you to lock in estimates for many years, and you can replace as few as two or three at a time -- to minimize the impact of installation (although it is a very efficient process with these pros), and help the homeowner plan ahead and budget for the expense.. They returned in December to replace more windows. We plan to bring them back in the future to replace three more. Both installation experiences were handled very efficiently and professionally. All the workers introduced themselves, and explained the process -- so we knew what to expect. We were amazed by how quickly the work proceeded but I guess that makes sense given the fact that these guys are very smart, highly trained, and do this all day every day. They really know window installation and can handle any challenge. They put down drop clothes to protect our wood floors and carpet, and vacuumed after. The caulking was flawless, and they cleaned the glass beautifully. They also demonstrated the many features of the new windows, and how they can be opened for easy cleaning. Believe it or not, new windows in my home office was my Christmas gift this year. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, or a better product."

They even installed new bathroom exhaust vents and HVAC exhausts. Our house looks brand new. You might get a cheaper rate elsewhere, but these guys do not skimp on quality of product, 50-year warranty, or craftsmanship. They even come back to inspect and follow up to make sure we are completely happy with the services provided! Talk about great customer service! The whole experience was so easy. The salesman/inspector was not pushy, and provided a very reasonable quote for what we needed. They also replaced all our rotted wood in the roof/trim."
