So long story not so short, when Wes’s team finished our deck he placed a huge red bow on the railing. It meant so much to me and reinforced the fact that he listens to his customers. He was prompt and professional. Our first conversation was Sunday evening and he and four other employees were ripping out my bathroom completely on Wednesday morning. They showed up at 8:00 sharp every morning and worked till 4:00 each day. We had some extra issues in the 65-year-old house that Usin handled professionally with complete communication.
