The crew that he sent to do the work was so friendly and hard working. We enjoyed chatting a bit with them each day. They worked diligently each day and got the job done quickly. They arrived promptly each morning and picked up each evening before heading out. Matt came by the day after everything was finished up to check the work himself and to see if we had any questions or concerns and to be sure we were satisfied. "I was recently in need of a roof that involved shingles and tpo. There was a valley on the house that was holding water. I called up Fernando on a Friday at around 1:30. I wasn’t expecting much being that it was the end of the week and getting late in the day. Fernando had asked about the material I had used for the big TPO porch on my house, and that was all it took. Fernando showed up with a grey roll of TPO and put in a perfect valley at the specified location within a few hours. Fernando was packing up and leaving within three hours of arriving. The valley required the removal of a lot of shingles to make space and even working under and undershot, but after inspecting the job came out perfectly and there was no damage to the existing shingles around. Great communication and perfect execution. Would definitely recommend this professional."

"I was looking for someone to repair a leak where my patio cover met the wall of my garage. I had several estimates but chose this company because they were the only ones to "find" a soft spot in the rest of my roof that "needed" the plywood replaced. Their estimate was $1000 more than anyone else but I figured that was because of the soft spot repair. A $760 down payment was required to start the work. The contractors arrived, proceeded with the work, told me the soft spot was fine and didn't need to be replaced, and finished the next day. Nobody came to inspect the contractors work to make sure all was done. When the bill arrived, I went up to check the work and noticed that not everything was done and it still leaked. I sent a text message to the company. No response. I sent an email the next day and their representative came to my house and confirmed that not all the work was done and they would send the contractors out again,...but it would required another down payment of $1140 this time, even though it wasn't my fault their contractors didn't finish the job. The contractor showed up unexpectedly a week later; nobody had told me they would be arriving that day, and finished the job. The company only took $105 off the final invoice for not needing to repair the soft spot. I could've saved $1000 with someone else and probably had an easier time of it. FYI, this company only guarantees their repair work for 30 days. EDIT 04/24/2023: was offered a $500 refund to remove my reviews or change them to 5 stars. I canâ t figure out how to remove this one so I changed it to 5 stars. I need the cash to find someone else to fix the leak."

"Northwest First Choice did a fantastic job on my home. The window representative was professional, easy-going, and gave a great price. I enjoyed the fact it was a family company with many years of experience. The windows are top of the line, and the installation was very professional. The window crew was very polite, and did a wonderful clean up. The windows have performed exactly as stated by the company. Our home is now extremely warm and the noise has been drastically reduced. The windows look beautiful and have great secruity features. The patio door even has a 4 bolt locking system. The finished window also have beautiful trim on the outside. This is a fantastic family company with great products and installers. I highly recommend them!!"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
