"I was looking for a new garage door within the year but I needed one immediately after knocking the bottom half of my garage door off the tracks. I called and spoke to Jose and he said he would come look at it within the hour. He arrived about 45 minutes later and just as I thought I needed a new door. He took measurements and said they would be able to install a new door that same day. Later that afternoon Jose (a different Jose) arrived and took off the old door, frame, wood around the door and spring. He completed the job in about 2 1/2 hours. I asked how long he had been doing this type of work and he said 20 years. You could really tell! I was impressed by his workmanship and attention to detail. I was a beautiful job. "Chip (aka Bob) Newren came out and gave us an estimate based on our home being approximately 2000 square feet. He gave us 2 options, the package we chose listed above, or  for about $2000 more we could have gotten a 95% efficient heater and SEER 16 AC.
After reviewing the government sites, that $2000 would take 11 years to recoup - so we went with the more basic package.
The installation was set up 3 days later. The install crew were informative, efficient and just a pleasure to be around. The install takes all day so this is not a small matter. It turned out that Chip had measured incorrectly and the heater we chose would not fit. They decided to upgrade our heater to a version that WOULD fit properly at no extra cost.
This is above and beyond - the stand by the estimate and didn't try to up-sell me once my decision was made. All around, it was a great experience. This company absolutely kills it with their customer service and honesty. We no longet do business with anyone else regarding plumbing, heating and air.
