"Michael Kuretich thoroughly tested the inside and outside of the house for lead paint. He took many samples from linoleum glue (black tar) on different surfaces and had them tested for asbestos. He came back a few times and tested the air after the removal of lead-containing bathroom tiles and flooring that contained asbestos in the glue. He did not charge me for one of his visits and inspections. His price is really fair while maintaining quality. He is knowledgeable ang gives sound advice. I used one of the companies he recommended for lead and asbestos removal and I was very happy with their work as well.
Another company listed with Angie's List wanted much more for the same service. When I asked why, he said that is the price for and quot;wall-to- wall testing.and quot; Please watch out for crooks.

"I have previously worked with them for minor remodels (bathrooms) and decided I needed to do something new to the house and that would add value to it since I am looking into leaving state. I added two new bedrooms with bathrooms and extended my current kitchen for my space, to add an island and a small breakfast area. I had my plans already, all I did was hire them for the construction. But let me tell you it was a good experience. They were there 7-4 latest, and if I wanted minor changes they did them with no problem. I had no minor fixtures everything ran smoothly thank god! My kitchen looks GREAT so spacious and modern, and the two extra rooms with their own bathrooms are cozy and spacious as well. Thank you for the great effort and doing an exceptional job. I' would recommend you use these guys. You won't regret

"The project manager was a good salesman with the promise of a discounted price because another job had been canceled and they could start in two days, and I could take advantage of the insurance and bond already having been paid. He inferred he didn't want to lose it. Although I knew that probably wasn't true, as all big companies have insurance and workman's comp in place, I wanted my deck done quickly and my next estimator could not come out for two weeks. Although the salesman claimed I was getting a good deal, the contract seemed a bit high, and sales tax added. I have never had sales tax added separately on this type of work. They did not demolish all the brick work as in the contract. They tried to use untreated wood under the deck which I was specific that was why the old deck needed to be replaced. Luckily, we caught that. The job was done quickly and clean up was nominal; however, I have found the concrete base of the demolished brick work was just covered with dirt and it still remains."

"Alpha Fence Company was one of 4 bids I had for a new fence.  A representative  came out to see the job and give me a price.  He was punctual in giving me a bid and references.  The estimate was clear and the price fair.  We talked to one of references, that live in our neighborhood.  He was very pleased with the work and  responsiveness of the company.  The only reason that I choose not to use their services was because my neighbor, with whom I share the fence,  wanted a friend of his to do the work.  I would recommend Alpha and consider them in the future.

"Originally they were very good they just never come back and taken care of any of the other work, they were good at the very beginning, they were on top of every thing at the very beginning but after they did the initial work and they needed to come back an did touch ups they never come back and done anything more, I can't get them to come back and do anything more.

They are way over priced compare to what they should be and I didn't realize it at the time but when I found out afterwards it was too late."

"I've been planning remodeling my home for years, i finally decided to commit to it and called unique. my friend said they did great work in her home. i met with the same contractor and i really liked him. he spent 4 hours with me and went into detail about what he can do and how to bring my ideas to life.
i decided to move forward and start the work. the project took about 5 weeks to do everything. they started on my bathroom and i was scared at first when i saw everything being ripped out but see it come together is amazing. first the floors vanity and shower. they finished the bathroom in a little over a week. my jaw dropped when i saw the finished result.
i couldn't wait to see the kitchen done. everyone was really nice the workers covered everything. and cleaned up after they were done. i would definitely use them and refer them to anyone i know."

"I hired Indoor Air Quality Inc. .  They are a full service heating and air conditioning company, specializing maintenance., repair and selling air conditioning systems.  I got my heating system, since it broke and it was cold.  They speacialize in air ducts and filters and removing asbestos.  I only mention this because they did a good job and I felt I should mention everything they do.  I should reccomend their serivce.  They are professionals with everything they do."
