"I had Tim provide me with an estimate for tank and tankless water heater. Got the estimate and picked a tankless option only for the company to get mixed up and install the wrong device. After I informed Tim of the mixup, he was gracious enough to offer various options including removing the wrong device and installing the correct one. I didn’t think that was such a great idea. In the end, we reconciled and moved on. Mistakes happen but Tim rose to the occasion and fixed it. I would choose them to install a tankless water heater on my house again."

"My prior water heater, a 50-gallon tank, started leaking after 15 years. I called Streamline to confirm that it needed replacement, and to replace it. I was considering a tankless water heater already, and the first tech walked me through the pros and cons, then wrote up an estimate. Two additional techs came the next day to install the heater and the necessary gas and power lines. The only issue I had was that one of the newly installed gas fittings leaked gas into the basement. I shut off the supply valve and called Streamline, and they came out within half an hour to fix it at their expense. Mistakes happen, and I was impressed with how professionally they corrected that one."

The temperature on the thermostat was much lower than what it was set to, yet the heat wouldn’t come on. The technician, Brandon, ran diagnostics & quickly found the problem. He then walked me to the unit to show me what the problem was. This was occurring right before Thanksgiving when I was expecting guests. Brandon assured me that my heat would be working properly before the first guest arrived and he was true to his promise! The heat works perfectly now! Great job! "Called ODP to come and give me an estimate for a repair of a main water line leak. Zach came out and priced out a couple of options from repair to replacement of the old line along with the risks of choosing one option over another. I went with the repair option. Zach and Eric came out quickly and had the repair completed in a few hours. I was very impressed with the quality of the repair, and they left the yard clean and with my wife's approval (not easy to get). The repair utilized really good quality materials so I have no doubt this leak is fixed! I will have no reservations in using these guys again."
