Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

"This was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Jason said he has a 100% satisfaction guarantee but now will not stand behind his work. They installed a tile floor that has uneven tiles over the entire floor where you can see the waves in the floor and even stub your toes on many of the tiles. They grouted and then didn't come back to wipe down the grout and tiles the next day like the instructions dictate. The trim work they did has large gaps everywhere and nails sticking out because they didn't use enough pressure in the nail gun. They also didn't install the metal trim piece between the carpet and tiles so now there is a gap where you can see the uneven cuts on the end of the tiles. This was scheduled for a 4 day installation and it has been over 4 MONTHS of my basement being tore apart and unusable. Now Jason refuses to stand behind his work and says they fulfilled the contract because the contract says they needed to install the tile and they did."

"Amazing experience. Everything from getting the very detailed bid from Kurt so we were clear on what to expect, to the crew that painted our house, was excellent. Communication with Clider the crew leader on what was going to be happening each day was great and it really all went as planned. They were helpful in choosing stain and paint colors too which I really appreciated. Everyone on the team was experienced and meticulous. They spent a lot of time prepping, which makes for a great paint job. I would say they went above and beyond. The work site was always cleaned up at the end of the day and everyone was very respectful. They also have a parternship with a great carpenter who came first and replaced some rotten trim.
