Our deck started to sag in the middle and we called his team out to look at it. They did a quick fix which did not resolve the issue. We called Mike and had a brief discussion, and he told us, "I don't know what to tell you". He then hung up on us. We eventually got him to come back out. He had an attitude the entire time. His crew admitted to not checking the ledger board. Our deck is lower on one end and has several areas of buckling. Mike had nothing but excuses. One of his team members offered a solution. They worked on it and left without asking for feedback. Mike never followed up. They also don't use hidden fasteners so there are holes in our no maintenance decking. Mike was completely rude and unprofessional. They built our deck wrong and he made us, the customer, feel like the bad people. His crew also took the dirt from the footings and threw it under our arborvitae bushes. I had to dig it all out by hand. There are a lot of deck builders. Do you research. I wish we had."
