They reached out to me from Angi's list only hours after I requested a fix for my leaking roof, and were at my house the very next day. Zach was prompt with his responses and incredibly professional when he was here. He gave me a genuinely honest assessment of my roofing problem and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and his proposed solution. He even had me come up on the roof myself so that he could fully explain the situation. After discussing my options, the severity of the issue, and my financial situation, he offered to complete a temporary fix, on the spot and free of charge. He didn't try to scam me or trick me into believing that the issue was worse than it really is. I'm going to see how the quick fix holds up for a few months, but this will be the first company I call if I continue having problems. Thank you again Zach!"
