"Need a new roof call? I encourage you to contact Roy Hayes of R.L. Hayes Roofing & Repairs. They did an excellent job re-roofing of our 2 story home. Here are the details regarding the work that was performed: Tear Off old Shingles, Cleanup all Debris and Haul Away; Install New 15 # Felt on Home; Install Weather Watch in Valleys and on Back porch due to low slope roof pitch; Replace Old PVC Pipe Flashing; Replace 2 Power Fans; Re-Flash 2 Brick Walls; Install New Shingles GAF 30 architectural Shingles.5 Year Warranty on all Labor; and Materials Warranted by Manufacturer. The crew arrived on time and completed the work in one day. A foreman was on site to address any concerns/questions that we had during the install. Since the work ended late in the day, the foreman returned to our home at our convenience two days later to inspect the work with us. A few minor, cosmetic issues were identified and addressed on the spot. We are very pleased with the results and are impressed with the "5 year warranty on all labor" that Roy provides.
"

"BHR is an excellent company. They show up on time and do an outstanding job every time. We have used them several times over the past 4 years and their work is always consistent and done according to my expectations. The owner stands behind his work. He comes in and works right along side his guys. His workers are polite and work hard. They come early and stay late. I would recommend them to others who need home repairs or renovations. I have never had any problems with their work. I will definitely use them again and I am already making plans for BHR to do some more remodeling for me in the near future.

"

"I was impressed with Robert's ingenuity and approach to the job. The room turned out better than I expected.
He came in with better ideas than other contractor s. He took the window and door from the existing exterior wall, shifted them to the new room exterior wall and made shelving for pictures on the inside of the old window opening.
He also had the hvac contractor tie into the existing ductwork which resulted in a better and cheaper solution than other options.
He handled this job like it was his own personal residence. I would use Robert's services again and recommend him for your home additions/improvements.
"

"During a previous visit to my home to remove a yellow jacket hive, Joshua had also determined that there was a honeybee hive in an interior wall of my home. I scheduled a subsequent appointment with him to remove the bees and hive. Using a heat-sensing device and a stethoscope, he was able to determine the precise location of the hive. He removed a section of the drywall where the hive was located and removed the bees with a vacuum with an associated container. Joshua is also a bee keeper so he transfers all honeybees that he removes to one of his hives.
After he removed the bees, he then carefully and completely removed the hive and the honey. He then filled in the space with insulation to decrease the possibility of any future bee hives. Joshua has construction experience so when he has to open a wall to remove a hive, he replaces the drywall and applies the first layer of mud. That leaves any additional layers of mud, sanding, and repainting for the customer. After the drywall and first layer of mud were in place, Joshua then went outside to seal the gap where the bees had originally entered the wall to ensure that no bees could re-enter in the future.
Joshua is very good at what he does and very knowledgeable. He is very thorough and leaves the area completely clean. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs to have bees, yellow jackets, hornets, or wasps removed from their home.
"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Grovetown, GA

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
