I called in the morning and spoke to Paul. He explained their policy but I told him I was a return customer and knew the drill. He gave me an appointment window of 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM the very same day! He called back again later in the morning to confirm again the times. "About a year and a half ago, my washing machine stopped working. I called another repair service. They said their minimum service call was $130 - whether or not they could fix the problem. That didn't seem right. I did some checking and found Absolutely Affordable Appliance and called them. I talked to the owner (Mark?) who said that his fee was $90 to come look at the washer, but that if he couldn't fix it, there would be no charge. That seemed fair, so I set up an appointment. He and a technician arrived at the appointed time. The owner looked at the washer for less than 5 minutes and diagnosed the problem.... said that the part would cost $40. I had wondered if I needed to buy a new washer but Mark (?) told me that this was a good machine and that he could repair it. <br /> It is now over a year later - and my washing machine is working fine. I am very pleased with the service that Absolutely Affordable Appliance Repair performed. "This business is top notch from start to finish. Firstly, the operator for Mr. Appliance was extremely nice and very helpful. The gentleman who came out to help with our dryer issue was also very nice and knowledgeable. Even though our problem lay with our circuit breaker, the gentleman took the time to show me how to replace the circuit that is faulty and the best place to go to get the part.
