This happened on a Saturday and they don’t have technicians available for emergencies on weekends and they won’t reimburse for a company that does. They told me not to worry we’ll make it right but the earliest service date they had available was two weeks later. Post sale they don’t care about the customer or about the quality of their work. Make sure to choose another company for your HVAC needs."

"Stay Away from Advanced Plumbing - Unprofessional, Overpriced, and Exploitative My grandparents needed a simple gutter pipe replacement, and I called Advanced Plumbing to get a quote. Ron Kapah, the representative who came out, had the audacity to quote us at an outrageous $1,450. To add insult to injury, he tore the curtain of the window while inspecting the pipe and didn't even bother to apologize, hoping I wouldn't notice. As a materials engineer with plenty of experience in house repairs and plumbing, I knew that the quote was nothing short of highway robbery. Thankfully, I was able to prevent my grandfather from falling victim to their scam, but things took a turn for the worse. I decided to get more quotes and received two reasonable ones at $450 and $300. However, I ultimately chose to do the repair myself, and it only took me 2 hours to complete the job that Advanced Plumbing had the nerve to quote at $1,450! And if that wasn't enough, a month and a half later, they had the audacity to call me, claiming I was late on paying their invoice – for work they never performed! This is a clear-cut case of a company attempting to exploit elderly clients, charging them exorbitant prices, and trying to collect money for work that was never done. There are plenty of reputable and honest plumbers out there who will treat you with respect and charge you fairly for their services – Advanced Plumbing is not one of them."

"I thought my clothes washer drain was clogged, but Leo immediately diagnosed the clog as being elsewhere. He cleaned the correct drain quickly, was courteous, kept me informed about what he was doing and why, and cleaned up thoroughly when done. We rescue dogs, and he was patient while I maneuvered them out of his way. At one point they surrounded him, barking and jumping, and he stayed calm -- didn't excite them and didn't get annoyed. And my drain now runs fine :-)."

"1. Installed tankless water heater on a spot not at a proper clearance height. Failed inspection. Had to reinstall machine. 2. Installed tankless heater and water softener with 20 small pieces of (untreated) plywood to hold together. Of course pieces of cut plywood rot with time. 3. Over threaded pipe. Instead of replacing that damaged part, the worker left it untightened and gas leaked. I told Chandler that I smelled gas. He said I was probably smelling carbon monoxide that is released from the machine. I told him that I will call PG&E because the smell did not go away. Chandler's response was "I wouldn't do that if I were you." 4. There are currently about 50 holes on the sidings from all the "fixes" of the poorly installed systems. They are not going to repair that. 5. They installed "recirc" which another plumber (of Chandler's) said was wrong. He took it off and left my sink unhooked to plumbing and without water. I asked when this will be completed, Chandler's response is "leave me alone." and there is no more response. I am reporting this company to all organizations that can help this company do better and not hurt other home owners."
