I told him I needed my BFA inspected but I wasn't in town and wouldn't be in town until 2/18/16. I asked him if he was available on 2/19/2016. Johann said he was in my area and would be able to do the inspection and leave me the invoice on my door. I told him that would be great. I did arrive today 2/18/2016 and found the invoice. Johann stated he replaced the shut off handle and didn't charge me for it!"

Cancelled when another company was able to come on Saturday & repair on Sunday - with the temps in the 20's!! Requested refund of $50 and it took THREE attempts to have them return the deposit."

We called and found out that this very nice gentleman lived nearby and he was very pleasant to speak with on the phone. He came out the next day and gave me a very fair price for a good load of work. The owner did all the work himself. He brought in his cleaning crew to clean up and they did the whole house. It was amazing. Well worth every penny.
