"This is a bitumen reroof for entire house for flat roof. I felt well taken care of. The install was a few months ago and so far no leaks after a couple of pretty good downpours. They communicated with me and answered all my questions quite well before, during and after the install. They made sure that the other things, sky lights, swamp cooler placement, vent problems, were taken care of even after I paid them. They cleaned up the place very well. Very satisfied with price. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."
