"After several long years of designing and permitting our home remodel during the pandemic, we were searching for a good contractor to build out our remodel and second story addition. Avi and David were wonderful; very thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and settling on a price that was reasonable and within our budget. During the building process, David was very responsive, available, and receptive to changes and last minute decisions made along the way. The project took longer than anticipated and there were some unexpected setbacks, but David and Avi worked quickly to fix issues and keep the project moving forward. At the end of the project they were very responsible about making sure we were satisfied with every last detail before completing the project. Our new home is beautiful and we're very happy with how it turned out, thanks to David and all the crews at So Cal Builders."

"The KN Remodeling team did an excellent job at our home completely remodeling 3 bathrooms, painting our entire home and rebuilding a huge planter outside. We trusted them in our home while we are out of town almost the entire time. We hired them back to do additional work in our home that they did quickly and expertly. The team was professional, very friendly, worked quickly, quietly, cleanly, and I would highly recommend them."

"My husband and I really enjoyed working with Ben and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group. Ben oversaw everything from making the plans, getting them approved by the city, scheduling the entire build and doing all final inspections. We really appreciate how communicative Ben was with what day and a time window we could expect the different work groups to come and what work would be done those days. If my husband or I ever had questions or problems with anything that was going on during our construction we were encouraged to call Ben and he helped create a solution that was workable for all of us. We liked that Ben and his team took care of everything from beginning to end and we did not have to hire any additional contractors along the way. We did have to purchase the specific fixtures and tiling we wanted.) We added apx 200 sq feet to our home, which included a bathroom, walk-in closet and room extension. The total process took exactly 1 year from signing our contract to us being able to use our added rooms. (That included making the plans, getting them approved by the city, the build, the installation and final walkthrough with the city inspector.) I would recommend using Ben and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group to my family and friends. We look forward to working with Ben again in the future."

"We had a great experience building with Axe Construction! Whenever we had questions or wanted to change anything they responded immediately. Our house turned out absolutely amazing! The building process went so fast. Thank you for our wonderful home, can't wait to build again!"

"We hired Ben to remodel our living room and kitchen, which included adding approximately 300 square feet, creating an open floor plan, and removing an enormous brick fireplace in the center of our house. From day one, Ben was amazing to work with. He was on budget, on schedule, professional throughout the entire project, and consistently anticipated potential issues before they became problems. His wealth of experience was incredibly valuable when it came to making decisions along the way, and he was always willing to offer thoughtful advice and guidance. His entire team was fantastic as well: professional, respectful, and clearly committed to doing quality work. We couldn’t be happier with the results and our experience working with Ben. We highly recommend Ben for any remodeling, building, or construction project!"

"My wood balcony has termites and water damages. So I hired RET to do the job. Kevin gave estimates and recommended composite planks for floor and red woods for railings. His workmanship was very professional and finished on time! On top of that, Kevin updated my balcony to the latest building codes. His price is very reasonable. If you want cheap prices and lousy jobs, hire someone else! Highly recommended!"

"The adage “You get what you pay for” rings true with MF Construction. When we were in the market for a general contractor to build our two-bedroom/two-bath ADU in San Marino, we interviewed several general contractors. Mike Maman of MF Construction was one of them. Mike showed us several of his projects as well as his own custom home. We were extremely impressed with the end results. After reviewing several competitive bids, we selected Mike because of his 40+ years of experience in building high-quality homes. During the construction of our ADU, Mike was just a text or phone call away. He kept us informed of upcoming events and visited our job site almost daily, sometimes more than once a day. He was present at all 12 of the City inspections. Every step along the way, we noted the high quality of materials Mike uses from the Ganahl lumber to the thick insulation and roofing paper to the copper pipes and shower hot mop, and mold-resistant drywall. Mike uses materials which meets or exceeds code requirements. Everyone on Mike’s team is extremely skilled in his/her craft, many having worked with him for decades. Mike is old school and does not take any shortcuts. Along with high quality construction and materials, Mike is extremely efficient. Our ADU was completed in four months, as promised. Progress was made every day. From the rough work to the finishes, Mike scheduled his team members just in time which resulted in an extremely efficient and smooth workflow. Mike builds with his heart. His passion is infectious which inspires his team members to do their best work. The results are evident in the finished product. Our neighbors and friends are extremely impressed with the quality and build of our ADU. If you value a well-built home and appreciate attention to detail, you will not be disappointed with Mike Maman. You WILL get what you pay for with MF Construction."

"I recently used Platinum Builders for a new home addition and had a very positive experience. As an engineer with extensive experience building and renovating homes, I originally planned to manage the project myself and subcontract each phase. However, with frequent work and travel, I realized I needed a turnkey solution. Devon, my project manager, was professional, honest, responsive, and worked around my schedule. Although two other quotes were substantially lower, I chose Platinum because of my confidence in their team. The footing and framing crews were excellent. When quality issues arose during finishing, Devon quickly addressed them. I would definitely choose Platinum Builders again."

"Their attention to detail, customer service, and quality of work were all top-notch. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to remodel their bathroom."
