"As  with  all  plumbing  emergencies,  ours  started  on  a  Friday  night  and  worsened  by  mid-Saturday  morning. We  contacted  Mr.  Rooter,  and  the  pleasant  receptionist  took  our  number  and  address  and  assured  us  that  the technichian  would  return  a  call  to  us  shortly.  We  had to  wait  no  longer than  155  minutes  before   Danny returned  our  call.  He  explained  that he  had  one  job in  line  in  front  of  us,  and  that  he  would  call  when on his  way.  He  expected  that  job  to  take  no  longer than  an  hour  to  an  hour  and  a half. He  called  us  back  within an  hour  and  said he  would  be there  in  five minutes--  which  he was.  Danny was very  professional,  and  also was  very  careful  not  to  track anything  in the house.  He  was  quick at finding the  outside main line and  fixing the problem. He explained how our  unusual  plumbing  configuration  might  have  contributed  to the  problem  and  suggested  how  we  could prevent  it from  re-occuring. While  I  had  envisioned  backhoes  in the back yard  and  a  huge  bill. the  price was  incredibly reasonable--  and  on  a  weekend  to  boot!  If  we  ever  have  another  plubing  issue, Mr.  Rooter is most  definitely the  company  we will  call."

"Terrific. We had purchased a new faucet but thought maybe the old one could be fixed. Jeff advised us that it would be better to install the new one. There were some extra complications related to the manaport system we have at our house (the faucet we bought didn't have the same attachments as the old faucet), but Jeff was able to come up with a good solution. Besides a new faucet that works great, we have better shut-offs now and a more secure installation than the way the granite counter guys had done the original installation. This company seeks to do good work at a fair price, which they certainly did, plus the plumber Jeff that helped us was very professional and pleasant in addition to very competent."

"Labor day at 7pm we realize we need a septic company to come out and drain our tank. After calling the company (and struggling through the operator for the answering services ineptitude) I have used for years I am told it would be much better for us to wait until the next day because it is getting dark and the job might not be a perfect one. (Understandable if I wanted the house painted) If I decided to wait I should get serviced the next day although they were pretty booked. If they came tonight it would be a $100 up charge of the regular price. I decided to wait and try to get on the schedule in the am. My husband decided to try the phone book and see if there was a better option. He called a few companies and was told-we don't service out there (20 miles from them) or that they couldn't come until the next day. When he called A Absolute Septic the owner answered the phone. The owner told us he could come out right now. We asked him how much and he quoted the price of the company that I had to wait until the next day for. He showed up (driving a much longer distance then the others that said it was too far), drained the tank in the dark and unclogged the system that had become clogged as it was too full. He was polite. He was professional. He was prompt. He is a seldom seen anymore business man. You can tell he values his customers by the way he treats you. We needed him much more than he needed us but he made you feel the other way around. Needless to say there will be no other company I call in in the future. I will also rave about him and his company the next time I am engaged in a conversation bemoaning how horrible today's companies treat you. Way to be A Absolute Septic!!"
