"We needed our sewer line replaced. The estimate we received from the company we had been using was astronomically high. I called a few places and Pipedex promptly returned my call. They came out the day after Christmas, when their office was still closed for the holidays. My husband is in a wheelchair, so digging up our floors was not an option. They were able to reroute the sewer line and replace all our plumbing for 1/3 the price of our old corporate plumbing company. Aleks, Serge, Junior, Dalton and Ivan are masters at what they do. They were all courteous and respectful of our home. They finished on budget and we couldn’t be more appreciative."

"I called to set up a time for American Leak Detection to come out and they were able to come out the next day. I was told 11-1, which I assumed that J.D. would be here sometime in that range. When he realized at 10:15 he wasn't going to be at my house until 11:45 he called to let me know his estimated arrival time and apologized. There was no need to apologize but I appreciated that he was considerate of my time. He was here for three house and worked tirelessly to locate our leak. He kept me posted and answered all of my questions. My husband came home for lunch and walked through any questions my husband had. D.J. was very professional with a focus on customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to use American Leak Detection. This is the right call if you need someone to locate a leak."

"Priced many companies. Pricing from Paul R with BENJAMIN FRANKLIN PLUMBING was reasonable and work was excellent. Worked primarily with Paul R for plumbing and he recommended and subcontracted Mike with Odonnell Remodel who did tile work . Both men were great to work with and followed through the entire job. Due to the nature of the tile work we worked with Mike more than Paul. Both men are the type detail men that make you glad they are in your house. Mike especially went above and beyond the call of the job to make sure everything is finished and looking GREAT. We would have never found him with out hiring through BENJAMIN FRANKLIN PLUMBING. "Excellent. The technician did everything possible to put the system in a safe location. He did not hesitate to cooperate with my requests regarding equipment placement and he did an outstanding job of getting it done. I highly recommend this company."

"The sales rep (Mike) was very courteous and knowledgeable. Their installer (Dave) did a very thorough job. He installed inside the garage exactly where we wanted it. He also installed plumbing outside the garage that would allow us to use non-treated water in appropriate circumstances. Excellent clean up after the job was completed and explained the system completely. We opted to use potassium (KCL) rater than salt (NaCL) because of the environment benefits."

"George came promptly and professionally assessed our situation. He tested for drain issues, provided guidance to maintain, and helped us avoid large fees with highly professional consultation. I will hire him for more work and recommend this company."
