"WOULD NOT RECOMMEND We spent thousands of dollars on a Culligan system and service, yet our water is yellow and we were told today that Culligan can’t come out to service and test for two weeks. Absolutely unacceptable."

He had my mom so scared how her house was going to burn down she paid the deposit. I quickly canceled and called Dan House and they came out and quoted the electrical at $1800. Said 90% of what Best said was bull. For the plumbing Best wanted to tear everything up and replace everything. Called Aztec the found a crack in the pipe which had a 30 foot root in it. Yes 30 foot and look at the attached picture. The root is next to the van on the road. Did a back flush and new pipe for $2000. Best House will take complete advantage of you and especially the Elderly. If we see them in our community now we will tell the owner to just tell them to leave and call Dan House or Aztec depending on what you need done."
