"Angie Eisele came out and did all the work. She is a hard worker. We contracted to have 20 stumps ground down and everything cleaned up. She went beyond the contract. She ground additional stumps that we did not know were there. They were hidden under spruce trees we had removed. She also cleaned up additional debris that had been hidden by the trees. We would hire again if we had more work."

"Project went well. The situation was unique and Anthony was clear and upfront about some of the challenges inherent in the project. The work was done well, quickly, and for a competitive price. Will use again for future projects."

"We shopped around looking for a company that can install black-dyed mulch for our yard. LM&M provided us with a reasonable price and the job was well done. I was very impressed that they kept my driveway very clean, even the road in front of my house was very clean. The mulch was installed evenly everywhere in our yard."

"We had the aeration done first since we were having a watering system installed. We asked that y'all come back to do the overseeding. Your company & employees were very nice & accommodated our schedule just fine

"Work was good. Looks great. My only complaint was the driving the truck onto the yard to pull the bushes. With it as dry as it has been no ruts were left but I am concerned about when it is wetter. Timing on when they would be here was also a problem."

FAQs for asphalt paving installation projects in Arcadia, IN

Most driveways wrap up in roughly a week. Allow two to three days for installation, followed by an additional two to three days for the surface to cure. Concrete and asphalt follow this timeline, whereas a gravel job often finishes more quickly. Laying out the schedule upfront makes it easier to plan your week and your budget.

Sealer prevents water, salt, and UV rays from damaging the surface. Apply a fresh coat every one to three years, and you’ll slow down the growth of cracks, avoid pricey repairs, and keep the driveway looking sharp. A local professional can handle the job efficiently and ensure even coverage.

Material is the significant driver when it comes to the lifespan of a driveway. Asphalt stays strong for about 20 years, concrete lasts 30 to 40 years, and paver stones can last 50 to 100 years because you can swap out damaged bricks. With regular top-ups, a gravel drive can also reach the century mark. Knowing these timelines helps you map out long-term maintenance and replacement costs.

Repaving strips everything down and starts fresh, letting you change the layout or improve drainage before pouring new material. Resurfacing, on the other hand, adds a top layer over a solid base, giving you a facelift without the need for a complete demolition. Go with repaving when the base is failing; choose resurfacing when the structure is sound and you just need a new surface.
