"All workers were respectful and polite. They finished work in less time than I thought and cleaned up any mess which I appreciated. Tub and wall look beautiful. They explained how to use it. Customer service was great starting with sales rep and throughout installation. They removed the big whirlpool tub and installed a walk-in tub."

"Installer on time and kept me in formed of his progress four to five hours to complete job. Called on 6/10 recording the handle lock sticking and am awaiting a response P S. on 6/13 the lock was fixed early in the morning."

"I am very happy with how everything turned out. Everything was done in a timely fashon and within our budget. Their communication was amazing. They talked me through the prosses to make sure I understood everything that was going on. I love their attention to detail. The tile work was amazing. I just love our new bathroom. "Well the guy was suppose to get back to me with a quote and basic design but never got in touch with me again. It also seemed like we talked more about financing (they do internal financing) then we did about the actual addition. Definitely was a turn off but I did not write them off until they never contacted me again. <br />"
