"I've known Paul Ragan for over a year now.  We met when I was searching for a new home.  I few times I bid on houses, and I hired him to make a pre-inspection before I made my offers.  He's been in building,  for a very long time.  He can easily 'case up' a place, let me know what problems I may have, and the quality of the construction.  When I found the house, I had about 32 days between the closing of the house, and the time I had to leave my apartment, as my landlord needed it vacated for her son.  Fortunately I had ample access to the house, prior to closing, ordered everything to be delivered at the house the day after the close.  Then Paul went to work.  I also had hard wood floors installed throughout, and he was great about coordinating the timing of everything. It was stressful because here is my dream house...
