"Technician repaired the refrigerator within 20 minutes or so after I had waited three weeks from my home Warranty service provider which had even ordered a part and it wasnt even the problem my refrigerator was having,"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Mr. Appliance sent out a very knowledgeable repair tech, Steve. While other companies would not work on my Samsung dryer they would. Excellent customer service fast on repair time."

"We had a major issue at our diner when one of our refrigerators gave up during prep. googled, found these guys and called in for emergency repairs and Volodymyr arrived that same afternoon. He got straight to work and used original parts without guessing or patchwork and had the fridge cooling properly again before closing time. Having reliable commercial refrigerator repair in Philadelphia makes a huge difference for small places like ours!"

I have been in the construction industry in some capacity for almost 20 years now. I started in building maintenance and now I mange residential restoration projects ranging from $500-500,000.\nI love what I do and would love to be more hands on outside of the project management that I do only a daily basis.

"I called for an appointment to have the tech come out and repair our refrigerator. I left a description of the problem on the answering machine at Bob's. My call was returned very quickly. When I spoke to the tech. on the phone and described the problem my refrigerator was giving us, running warm, he said he would be glad to come out, but the fix would be a simple "do it yourself", if I felt I could manage it. Well, it was simple for me to do, I did what he said and our refrigerator is back to running tip-top! Now that is excellent customer service, folks!! He could have easily came out and charged us for a repair and I would have been happy with that, but the way it went was terrific and Bob's Appliance Repair of Morton, PA has gained a customer for life. Honest and professional. Thank you Bob's Appliance Repair!"
