There was a hurdle during the job where there was a concrete slab where the drain lines were and had to be removed and replaced. Mickey and Luis dug the concrete out, put in the new drain lines, and refilled the concrete. There was no additional charge for this! "Bill gave my husband and me an estimate for a major plumbing job in an 80-year-old house where my brother lives. The old stack pipe was rusted and ready to crumble. There were leaks under the tub and pipes in the second-floor bathroom. Water leaked into the kitchen. We signed a contract with Bill to do the repairs and to install a walk-in shower to replace the tub. Bill did an outstanding job,. He kept us informed of progress with updates and pictures. We discussed any additional work that was needed, and made modifications as the job progressed. Bill also had other experts that were needed, such as an electrician to add a GFI and some other things. The new bathroom is beautiful. The walk-in shower is equipped with grab bars and built in shelves. The floor tile and shower tile are beautiful. We are very pleased with the completed job, and we appreciate Bill's professionalism and his outstanding work. We highly recommend Bret Homes and would defUnitedly hire them again."

"Frank and his crew (Brian and Gary) were absolutely fantastic. They took out a coat closet in our entryway and built a vestibule (installing tiles, wainscoting, doors, etc.), which turned out stunning. They also installed crown moulding, took out a closet and refinished the wall, took out carpet on stairs and in the office and replaced it with wood-flooring (or refinished the wood-flooring underneath), installed a dog door and two chandeliers, remodeled a fireplace (installing tiles around it and at the hearth + building a mantle). We were extremely happy with the result! Frank and his crew are professional, easy to communicate with, and meticulous. They moved our furniture around with great care and cleaned the house after the work was finished. We will definitely hire them again in the future!"
