"When I called to schedule the appointment I had asked that the kitchen wall electrical outlet also be replaced with one that met code (for which I would be charged for the part).  I was told the electricians would come with the outlet.  The electricians unfortunately did not have the outlet and said the work order only said to inspect to see if the outlet conformed to code.  Due to the snow, it would also have been helpful if they came with a change of shoes or shoe covers.  My rug was wet with the snow from their shoes but no damage was done.  I would certainly use these folks again."

We first got an appraisal, and the office staff had already tentatively scheduled a work date, which worked out well. I was at work during the process, but the crew of 2 electricians were able to let themselves in and perform the work. I came later to check it out and they did a terrific job. Frankly, if I didn't know I hired them, I would have never known they were there. Perfect work, everything cleaned up, and now we can see in the attic. They installed an illuminated switch in the hallway below attic so that we can turn on the lights from below and see (via the illuminated switch) if the lights are on or off. Definitely would hire them again."
