The tech showed up right as scheduled, on the dot. It turned out to be the owners son. He looked at the AC and immediately found the issue to be the capacitor. He gave me a price on the spot and immediately replaced it once I agreed to it. He also checked my refrigerant level and made sure I am good. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.
