"I went down into our garage on Friday noon, January 22, to find the sewer line to the street had backed up and drainage water was seeping up through the pipe into our garage- YUCK!  I am giving the date because the East Coast "Storm of the Century" Snowzilla storm was predicted to start that afternoon (and it did. 28 inches.)  I called a plumber in our town that we had used before and they said that they were busy until the following Wednesday. "I'm giving this company a C rating based on the lack of customer service we experienced. We scheduled a septic pumping for Sept. 16. This is our first time living in a house with a septic system, so we had some questions. We were hoping the service person would have some helpful tips for us. My boyfriend took the morning off work to make sure he would be there when the tank was being pumped. The appointment was for 8am. No one showed up on the 16th. I left 2 voicemails, with no answer. I called again the morning of the 17th, again no answer. They shower up sometime during the morning of the 17th but we only know because our neighbor saw them at our house and our tank is now empty. I am very disappointed that no one called. I would be understanding if there was a mix up or misunderstanding, but since no one called back I have no idea what happened. Worst of all my bf took time off work for nothing! Our questions are still unanswered."
